Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team in Morristown, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in electrical engineering with specialized skills in PLC programming, motor controls, industrial robot programming, and various automation systems. This is a 1st shift, Direct Hire opportunity with one of the top manufacturing companies in East Tennessee.

Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and components to required specifications, focusing on economy, safety, reliability, quality, and sustainability.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs and HMIs to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Implement and maintain motor control systems, including variable frequency drives.
• Develop and integrate industrial robot programming to enhance production capabilities.
• Utilize Keyence IR vision systems for quality assurance and process improvements.
• Implement and manage Keyence SR barcode systems for inventory and process tracking.
• Program CNC machines and support their operation to ensure efficient production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to existing systems for improved efficiency.
