Job summary

Titan International, Inc designs, develops, and supervises all aspects of electrical control systems, equipment, and machinery, with a pay range of 65,000.00–110,000.00 USD per year. This role emphasizes leadership, PLC and AutoCAD skills, and adherence to safety codes in an industrial setting.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, and demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities to support a broad range of electrical projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred; equivalent education/experience acceptable.
• Ability to lead by example and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of equipment and processes in electrical dept.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in AS400 and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Will need a thorough understanding of PLC-based hardware and software, motor controls, VFDs, and graphical interfaces.
• Familiar with OSHA, NEC, and NFPA70E codes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Allen-Bradley controls.

Essential Functions

• Will need a thoroughunderstanding of PLC based hardware, and software, motor controls, variable frequency drives, and graphical interfaces as well.
• Familiar withstandard engineering concepts, practices, and procedures within the electrical industry, with a complete understanding of OSHA, NEC, andNFPA70E codes a must.
• Should be proficient in AutoCAD, and Allen-Bradley PLC & Drive Controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred; vocational school and/or equivalent combination of education, experienceand training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
• Ability to lead by example.
