Job summary

ESPO Corporation in Morristown, TN is seeking an Electrical/Controls Engineer for a Direct Hire, 100% on-site role. The position offers a pay range of $80k-$90k and requires 3+ years leading a plant maintenance team, with a Bachelor’s in a related field.

Expect Siemens STEP 7 and Schneider PLC work, AutoCAD drawing, and CMMS scheduling. You will drive safety, plant compliance, and continuous improvements while collaborating with operations and maintenance teams to improve reliability and

Qualifications

3+ years leading a plant maintenance department in an industrial manufacturing environment
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or related field
CMMS experience preferred
TPM or Reliability experience preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and modify PLC programs using Siemens STEP 7 and Schneider Electric PLC software
Lead safety processes and plant compliance with environmental and safety regulations
Drive plant/process improvements and set performance standards
Support continuous improvement activities
Troubleshoot industrial electrical controls and equipment
Read and interpret electrical/mechanical schematics and diagrams
Coordinate maintenance using CMMS and manage scheduling
Mentor technicians and engineers for skill development
Manage contractors and external vendors
Maintain accurate technical documentation and change records
Ensure electrical codes and safety standards are followed
Lead a collaborative maintenance team to improve equipment reliability
Perform root cause analysis to drive zero breakdown culture
