Who You Are:

You are an Electrical Engineer with experience designing electrical systems and schematics and knowledge of electrical engineering principles, standards, and regulations. You are able to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities without sacrificing accuracy. You enjoy troubleshooting and finding creative solutions to challenges. You are a team player who believes that together, we are better.

What We'll Accomplish Together:

The Custom Solutions Group is a highly collaborative department that partners with our sales divisions to design and build custom power solutions for unique applications. As an Electrical Engineer in the Custom Solutions Group, you will be responsible for designing electrical systems and schematics for new project sales opportunities as well as for new product development. You'll work closely with the Business Manager and other engineers to create detailed submittal documentation, system drawings and schematics, bills of materials, scopes of work, and assembly instruction documents.

What It Takes To Succeed:

· 4 yr degree in Electrical Engineering and/or 3-5 years related practical industry experience

· Proficiency in CAD software for creating electrical drawings and schematics (SolidWorks and SolidWorks Electrical preferred)

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
