Job summary

Fujitec America is seeking an entry to intermediate level engineer to design elevator control systems that meet customer specifications and applicable codes.

You will use AutoCAD, analyze specifications, apply electrical and building codes, and support field installations and fabrication.

Qualifications

• Education: BSEE/BSEET or related
• Experience: Preferred 2-4 years' experience in design or manufacturing role.

• Apply mathematical and engineering principles and methods to electrical system designs.

• Create technical documents pertaining to new design, use of new device and work process changes.
• Provide support to factory during fabrication of elevator control systems.

Entry to intermediate level position responsible for designing elevator control systems to match customer driven and code required specifications. This position exercises discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Design, develop, and test electrical equipment, software, and components for elevators.
• Organize and analyze data such as customer design proposal, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application.
