Our team specializes in developing creative, high-quality solutions for Nuclear Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) systems. We often replace obsolete or unsupported equipment with innovative, fully engineered designs that extend plant life and reduce risk. We are committed to breaking industry conventions to make nuclear power a clear and enduring solution to the world’s energy challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform functional analysis, troubleshooting, and testing to solve complex technical problems.
  • Create high-quality documentation – from design specs and test procedures to repair reports, often without original references.
  • Collaborate with drafting teams to produce schematics, PCB layouts, and mechanical drawings.
  • Design and build test benches, conduct performance validation, and perform failure analysis.
  • Lead projects from concept through delivery, communicating directly with customers and suppliers to ensure quality and results.
  • Continuously learn and develop new skills, with opportunities to advance into roles where your strengths and interests make the greatest impact.
Qualifications
  • Accredited bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field (required).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Excellent written documentation skills — attention to detail is a must.
  • Proficiency with electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies).
  • Experience with PCB design tools and CAD software preferred.
  • Nuclear or other safety-critical industry experience is a plus (especially for mid/senior levels).
