A leading manufacturer in the metals and materials industry is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to provide technical support for plant operations and project initiatives at its Lancaster facility. This position plays a key role in ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance while supporting the business plan through engineering solutions and project management.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver electrical engineering support to production, maintenance, and administrative departments to meet operational and business goals.

Coordinate all phases of assigned projects, including concept development, scope definition, specifications, bid solicitation, equipment design, procurement, installation, start-up, and project close-out.

Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and optimize mechanical and electrical systems within the plant.

Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Ensure all projects and activities comply with safety standards and environmental regulations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in electrical engineering or completion of two engineering internships.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of professional electrical engineering experience.

Experience in heavy manufacturing or industrial environments.

Familiarity with large-scale capital projects, automation systems, and electrical troubleshooting.

Base Salary: USD $70,000 $100,000 (commensurate with experience).

Employment Type: Full-time, onsite.
