  • Electrical System Design: Develop and validate power distribution systems, control panels, motor control circuits, and PLC-based automation for manufacturing processes.
  • Industrial Automation & Controls: Implement and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
  • Cost & Risk Management: Optimize project costs, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with financial and operational constraints.
  • Quality & Reliability: Ensure all designs and installations meet industry standards, NFPA 70E, NEC, IEEE, and OSHA regulations.
  • Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Compliance: Uphold safety protocols, electrical codes, and industrial compliance standards to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Work with third-party contractors, equipment manufacturers, and suppliers to procure components and ensure seamless integration.
  • Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct electrical testing, system validation, and root cause analysis to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed electrical schematics, technical reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all project activities.
