Job summary

Jobot in Irwindale, CA is seeking an Electrical Engineer for a large aerospace manufacturer, offering cutting edge technology and strong stability. You will design coaxial, twinaxial, and multiconductor cable assemblies and validate performance with VNA, TDR, and related tools.

The ideal candidate has an Electrical Engineering degree with fundamentals in signal integrity and EMC, experience with high-speed design/testing, and exposure to manufacturing environments.

What You’ll Do:

• Design coaxial, twinaxial, and multiconductor cable assemblies
• Test and characterize performance using VNA, TDR, and related tools
• Develop specs, test plans, and support product qualification
• Partner cross-functionally on materials, manufacturing, and design improvements
• Troubleshoot issues and support root cause analysis

What We’re Looking For:

• Electrical Engineering degree + strong fundamentals in signal integrity/EMC
• Experience with high-speed or RF design/testing
• Exposure to manufacturing or production environments
• Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Impedance-controlled design experience
• Familiarity with high-speed protocols (USB, Ethernet, HDMI, etc.)
