Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions in Irvine, CA is seeking an Electrical Designer/Engineer with 6+ years of experience to work on large and small commercial, retail, institutional, healthcare, education, federal, and industrial projects.

You will collaborate with architects, owners, and contractors to produce coordinated electrical drawings and interface with contractors during construction, while working alongside engineers, designers, and drafters to deliver high-quality designs.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering; 6+ years of experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience with building power distribution design.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee analysis and design on a variety of commercial and institutional building projects.
• Collaborate with the architect, owner, and contractor to provide a well-coordinated and high-quality set of electrical drawings.
• Participate with a team of engineers, designers and drafters to execute electrical designs.
• Interface with contractors during construction to ensure positive results with minimum complications.
• Work closely with the Discipline Manager and assist in design and drawing production.

Job description

We are looking for an Electrical Designer/Engineer with a minimum of 6+ years of experience, who wants to work and grow as a team player within our progressive multi-discipline firm. The successful individual will be an engineer with solid experience in the design of large and small commercial, retail, institutional, healthcare, education, federal, and industrial projects.

Candidates with educational (K-12 / higher Ed / DSA) and/or healthcare (HCAI) background will receive immediate interview requests.

In This Role You Will:
