We’re hiring two experienced Electrical Engineers to join a high-impact Facilities Engineering Design Group supporting critical infrastructure projects in the natural gas transmission space.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a technical leadership role where you’ll guide engineering execution, influence design standards, and partner with top-tier vendors—without being buried in detailed design work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage 3rd-party engineering firms, ensuring alignment with internal standards and best practices
- Gas compressor stations
- Metering and regulation facilities
- Act as a subject matter expert across power, instrumentation, and automation systems
- Review engineering deliverables and ensure quality, compliance, and scope alignment
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, operations, and project teams
- Balance technical guidance (50%) with vendor management (50%)
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 7+ years of relevant experience in industrial or energy infrastructure environments
- Strong familiarity with:
- Gas transmission systems
- Compressor stations & ancillary equipment
- Metering & regulation facilities
- Experience managing or coordinating with external engineering vendors
- Exposure to power systems, instrumentation, and automation (ideally all three)
- PE license preferred
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and uphold high engineering standards
