Job Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and document electrical control cabinets—ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable performance.
  • Integrate Siemens PLCs into control cabinet designs.
  • Develop and manage electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.
  • Collaborate with mechanical, software, and commissioning teams from concept to installation.
  • Responsible for electrical component selection and supporting lifecycle management activities.
  • Ensure designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and HMH quality guidelines.
  • Participate in FAT/SAT, testing, and customer acceptance as needed.
  • Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continual improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic or Controls Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant technical level experience.
  • Experience in electrical cabinet design.
  • Familiarity with control system design and electrical components selection.
  • Familiarity with controls power distribution and networking technology.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD.
  • Ability to create technical reports, specifications and interact with internal and external customers.
