GHSP is currently looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our team. This position would sit at either of our Holland or Novi, Michigan locations. (*Onsite-Hybrid work options are available*)The Electrical Engineer's main role is to design and develop electronic products or processes, oversee their production, and provide technical support for existing products or processes.Additional responsibilities include the following.* Ensures manufacturability and optimization of product designs through product design reviews, design for manufacturability reviews, and post-mortems (things gone wrong / lessons learned).* Analysis of electrical engineering lifecycle requirements, high level design, low level design, hardware testing, integration and integration tests, requirements level testing, and clear documentation.* Provides design, implementation, documentation, electrical debugging and manufacturing support for company products and the development of electronic tools used to develop products.* Applies current professional, regulatory, and company practices and procedures to develop new products and maintain existing products observing industry and proprietary standards.* Participates in electrical design reviews; prepares progress reports as required by the projects.* Develops a design and/or product validation test program to ensure robustness of design, and directs lab technicians in product testing.**What You’ll Get**Great people and great teams produce great outcomes for our customers and the communities where we do business.
