Job description

Overview

Speria is looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer to support the design, application, installation, and ongoing improvement of our equipment line controllers. In this role, you will work closely with Engineering, Sales Support, After Sales, and regional teams to ensure reliable electrical solutions that meet customer and market needs.

This position combines hands-on technical work with cross-functional collaboration and customer-facing support, including occasional on-site farm visits.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide technical support in the design, application, installation, and troubleshooting of equipment line controllers
  • Support the control cabinet assembly line and electrical installation standards
  • Review project specifications, schedules, and design drawings in detail
  • Recommend materials lists and customized designs based on specific customer requirements
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Sales Support, and After Sales to resolve equipment, application, and functionality issues
  • Deliver after-sales technical support, including on-site visits when required
  • Develop and maintain documentation, manuals, and training materials for products and installations
  • Establish and improve installation standards in collaboration with the After Sales team
  • Recommend product improvements to enhance ease of installation and overall performance
  • Develop testing and troubleshooting procedures for installation and operation
  • Support regional offices through technical guidance, training, and development programs
  • Assist the Sales team with special quotations, spare parts, and non-standard requirements
  • Collect market feedback and customer requests to support regional product development and new solutions
  • Maintain close contact with Munters’ brands to stay current on equipment updates and installation techniques
  • Contribute to additional projects as assigned

Qualifications & experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics
  • Strong ability to read, develop, and troubleshoot wiring diagrams
  • Experience with AutoCAD Electrical
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and with external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
