Job summary

TechniPower, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer in the Dallas, TX area to support the design and development of HVAC equipment.

The role emphasizes AutoCAD, electrical control systems, wiring diagrams, and automated design processes, with close collaboration with mechanical, manufacturing, and quality teams to test and improve electrical systems. The position is a DIRECT HIRE and on-site, requiring hands-on contribution to panel and wiring design, control systems, and automatic drawing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of electrical engineering/design experience.
• Strong AutoCAD experience essential.
• Experience designing electrical panels, wiring systems, and industrial controls.
• Knowledge of three-phase power systems up to 600V.
• Experience with automated drawings, BOM generation, or rules-based configuration systems
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.

In this role, you will support the design and development of new commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. This position focuses heavily on AutoCAD, electrical control systems, manipulating wiring diagrams, and automated design processes. You will work closely with mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to develop, test, and improve electrical systems.

This position is a DIRECT HIRErole that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

3-5 years of electrical engineering or electrical design experience.

Strong AutoCADexperience is essential.

Experience designing electrical panels, wiring systems, and industrial controls.
