Job summary

The client in Tomball, Texas is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer for an on-site, Temp-to-Perm role in the industrial electrical equipment sector. You will apply knowledge of VFDs, motor controls, and electrical schematics to support design and troubleshooting efforts.

Experience with AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical is preferred, and familiarity with PLCs and industrial automation is a plus. Knowledge of UL 508A standards is a bonus; a degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

Qualifications

Knowledge of VFDs, motor controls and electrical schematics.
Experience with electrical design and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical.
Plcs and industrial automation experience is a plus.
UL 508A standards knowledge is a plus.
Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology preferred.
