H.F. Lenz Engineering in Conneaut, OH is seeking an innovative Electrical Engineer to perform electrical design tasks including calculations, equipment selections, power distribution, lighting and security systems. You will work under a Professional Engineer and have growth toward a PE license.

Responsibilities include AutoCAD/Revit design, lighting and power calculations, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Travel may be required; visibility with clients and vendors is common.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical/Lighting focus.
• FE/EIT certification is highly preferred.
• 0–5 years of experience in electrical design or related training.

• Perform electrical system design using AutoCAD/Revit software applications.

• Design and document lighting, power, security and telecom systems.
• Assist with power studies such as Arc Flash studies using SKM Power Tools.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary.

You will work under the direction of an experienced Engineering team to perform other design related tasks. This role offers growth opportunities as you become responsible for broader aspects of Electrical Engineering and design, while gaining experience towards a PE license.

• RequirementsBachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Bachelor of Architectural Engineering with a concentration in Electrical/Lighting.
• FE/EIT Certification is highly preferred.
• 0-5 years of experience in electrical design or combination of training and experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD/Revit software platforms.
• ; Microsoft Office Suite.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to meet project deadlines and provide outstanding service to clients.
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple projects.
• Ability to work in and foster a team environment with minimal supervision.
• Must be fully authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
