Job summary

Jobot is seeking a lead electrical designer to guide projects across schools, hospitals, and multifamily builds. You will drive design development, mentor junior engineers, and partner with architects to integrate electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of electrical design experience within the building industry.
• PE license highly desirable.

• Lead the design and development of electrical systems for commercial, residential, and industrial building projects.
• Prepare detailed electrical design drawings and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD
• Conduct electrical load calculations, lighting design, and power distribution planning
• Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and junior electrical engineers to create integrated design solutions

Job Details

• Lead the design and development of electrical systems for commercial, residential, and industrial building projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 10+ years of electrical design experience within the building industry
• Proficiency in Revit, with AutoCAD and other design software a plus
• Strong working knowledge of electrical codes and standards including NEC and NFPA
• PE license highly desirable
