AVL Manufacturing USA is seeking an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer to bridge Engineering and Operations on the Charlotte facility floor. You will support electrical and basic mechanical assembly, interpret drawings, and help improve testing, QA, and overall production efficiency.
You will collaborate with production leads to implement ECRs, refine processes, maintain build accuracy, and support budgets and timelines while ensuring compliance with CSA/UL/NEC standards.

The Electrical Manufacturing Engineer's primary function is to with bridging the gap between Engineering and Operations, assist/oversee all larger FAT/EQT product testing, and provide support to improve the overall efficiency and quality of the product and production cycle.
