I'm currently partnering with an exciting early-stage climate technology company that's developing a breakthrough industrial decarbonization technology with the potential to transform the energy sector.

They're looking for an Electrical Engineer to help scale the technology from pilot through commercial deployment.

This isn't a traditional plant maintenance or sustaining engineering role. It's an opportunity to build something from the ground up, taking ownership of the electrical architecture for a novel industrial process while working alongside a highly technical, multidisciplinary team.

You'll be involved in:

• Designing industrial power and electrical systems for an innovative process technology
• Developing electrical architecture, specifications, and system documentation
• Supporting testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and continuous design improvements
• Collaborating across process, mechanical, controls, and manufacturing engineering teams
• Working with external engineering firms while maintaining technical ownership of the design

We're particularly interested in engineers with experience in:

• Industrial power systems (3-phase, 480V, transformers, MCCs)
• Chemical processing, industrial manufacturing, energy, or other heavy industrial environments
• Commissioning, startup, or pilot plant operations
• High-temperature processes or Joule heating (a plus)
