Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Electrical Engineering Intern to join our Advanced Facilities - Data Centers Team. You’ll contribute to power distribution, system planning, and lighting design under professional mentorship in a multinational environment.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in an Electrical Engineering degree, proficient with Excel, and familiar with Revit/AutoCAD/SketchUp. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a degree seeking program for Electrical Engineering or closely related degree.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, basic rendering and publishing programs.
• Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Provide design services including coordinating with the design of other trades (architectural and engineering).
• Contribute to power distribution, system planning and lighting design projects.
• Progress from basic to more complex design tasks under mentorship across disciplines and geographies.
