Job summary

Lincoln Tech in South Plainfield, NJ seeks an experienced Electrician or Low Voltage Electrician to serve as Education Supervisor for our new Electronic and Electrical program. You will lead campus-level program development and supervise instructors to ensure high-quality training.

As a member of the campus management team, you will recruit and develop faculty, monitor schedules, and drive student satisfaction and retention while maintaining classroom resources and equipment inventory.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education management experience is required.
• 2+ years teaching experience preferred.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.

Requirements for an Electrical Education Supervisor:

• Associate degree or equivalent education management experience
• 3+ years experience as:
  • licensed Electrician
  • Low Voltage Technician/Electrician
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• 2+ years of teaching experience, preferred
• 1+ year(s) of management experience, preferred
