Job summary

Ancora Education is seeking qualified instructors to deliver educational materials using sound instructional practices, focused on student development and career outcomes. Instructors will promote engaging, student-centered environments and provide tutoring and support as needed.

Responsibilities include preparing materials, maintaining equipment, assessing student progress, and staying current with accreditation and policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active certification or licensure required where applicable.
• Five years industry experience within the last ten years.
• Three years of practical work experience for non-degree and occupational associate degree tracks.
• Four years of practical work experience with a related degree for academic associate or bachelor’s level, plus a master’s degree in the content area for online faculty.

Responsibilities

• Deliver educational materials using sound practices focused on student development.
• Promote an engaging, dynamic, student-centered learning environment.
• Ensure materials and equipment are ready and in working order.
• Participate in faculty assessment and professional development; maintain certification/licensure.
• Analyze assessment data, meet deadlines, and prepare reports.
• Comply with federal, state, accreditation guidelines and internal policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
