Job summary

Lincoln Tech is seeking an Education Supervisor to lead the Electrical program on our campus in Levittown, PA. You will supervise staff, recruit and train faculty, manage schedules, and ensure high-quality student outcomes in a hands-on educational environment.

The role emphasizes staff development, effective classroom oversight, and inventory management of program resources, with a focus on growth opportunities for both students and staff.

Qualifications

• Electrical experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent education management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• 2+ years of teaching experience, preferred.
• 1+ year(s) of management experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, monitor work processes, and conduct classroom observations.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train faculty.
• Develop staff professional and personal growth opportunities.
• Manage faculty schedules and monitor absenteeism.
• Provide excellent student service to achieve student satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, book supplies, training aids, and course materials within the respective program.
