Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Electrical Drafter to join our growing engineering team. You will draft and revise electrical design drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, create layouts and wiring diagrams, and contribute to 3D modeling and BIM coordination on diverse industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD required.
• Experience with Revit, Navisworks, or other BIM software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and revise electrical design drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Develop electrical equipment layouts, cable tray routing, and conduit drawings.
• Produce one-line diagrams, schematics, lighting layouts, and construction documents.
• Assist with 3D modeling and BIM coordination using Revit and Navisworks.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers, controls engineers, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Support projects serving industrial manufacturing and process facilities.
• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, client requirements, and project specifications.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate revisions as needed.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities
