Job summary

TAI seeks an Electrical Division Manager to lead a team of engineers, designers, and CAD specialists across a broad set of industrial projects. You will shape technical standards, mentor staff, and drive operational excellence from concept through completion.

In this role you’ll strengthen client relationships, expand technical capabilities, and guide growth within a respected engineering group. The position emphasizes safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Professional licensure preferred; mid-Atlantic licensure noted.
• Minimum 15 years in electrical engineering with leadership exposure.
• Experience leading electrical design projects and QC reviews.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and electrical engineering expertise.
• Oversee division operations, staff development, and budgeting.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with project managers on scope, schedule, and staffing.
• Direct CAD designers and engineers on design drawings and documents.
• Travel to client sites as needed and maintain client relationships.
