Beacon Hill Technologies is hiring an Associate Distribution Engineer to support the development of electrical distribution work packages across PA/OH/WV borders. The role blends field inspections with office design tasks and requires travel to sites as needed.

You will work on OH, UG, URD, Make Ready and Street Light projects using GIS and Maximo-style systems. A BS in engineering and CAD/GIS experience are preferred.

Formación

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to perform field and office work; travel may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop design and construction work packages for 4kV–138kV overhead and underground distribution.
• Coordinate with project teams on programmatic work like overloaded transformers.
• Develop permitting documents for AHJs and provide on-site support during construction.
• Perform engineering calculations: pole loading, conductor sag, voltage drop, and fault analysis.
• Travel to sites as needed and ensure compliance with safety and design standards.
• Assist with design big packages and ROW/Easement work as part of a technical lead team.

Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited institution
