Job summary

Think Power Solutions is seeking a Distribution Construction Coordinator for electrical utility projects in the Dallas area. The role oversees district-level contractor activities, ensures compliance with National Electric Code and company safety policies, and coordinates with project managers, engineers, and field crews to deliver projects on time and within specifications.

The successful candidate will bring 10+ years of electrical distribution experience, strong coordination and communication

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 10+ years of electrical distribution experience.
• DOL Journeyman certification preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, oversee and schedule work with contractors and stakeholders.
• Inspect and approve contractor work.
• Ensure as-built vs. invoicing accuracy and update district maps/diagrams.
• Coordinate pre-construction meetings and safety policy adherence.
• Serve as SME for electrical distribution construction and provide day-to-day direction.
• Maintain performance matrix for contractors and monitor storm work.
