MRINetwork is partnering with a growing engineering firm in Indianapolis seeking an Electrical Discipline Lead to guide the electrical engineering team. The role combines technical leadership with people development, client relationship building, and strategic direction for multiple project types.

The position emphasizes mentorship, staffing oversight, and collaboration with firm leadership to drive growth, quality, and partnership opportunities in a hybrid work setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of electrical design experience within building design or consulting engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of building electrical systems.
• Leadership, mentoring, or team management experience.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• PE license or ability to obtain licensure preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop electrical engineers and designers.
• Oversee staffing, workloads, project delivery, and technical quality.
• Provide technical guidance on power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and collaborate across engineering disciplines.
• Partner with firm leadership on team development, operational improvements, and continued growth.
