Job summary

Woodward Inc. is seeking a Dev Tech-Electrical Level 1 or 2 to assemble basic electrical components and support testing under supervision. You will follow procedures, read schematics, perform routine tests, and assist in troubleshooting as part of a collaborative team in Rockford, IL.

The role offers an hourly base rate with Level 1 at $23.08–$30.29 and Level 2 at $26.44–$34.62, plus full benefits and a 401(k) match. Training and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Reading basic electrical schematics and simple diagrams.
• Assembling electrical components and systems per established procedures.
• Performing routine electrical tests under guidance and recording results.
• Basic troubleshooting of electrical components and systems with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Electrical/Electronic Assembly: Assemble basic components under direct supervision.
• Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Identify simple issues using standard techniques.
• Testing and Analysis: Conduct routine tests and report results to supervisors.
• Process Improvement: Suggest minor efficiency improvements within procedures.
• Team Leadership: Assist peers and collaborate with the team.
