Job summary

Woodward Inc. is seeking an Assembly and Test Associate 1 to assemble and test products per documented procedures. You will ensure quality through inspections, maintain a clean, organized workspace, and follow lean practices.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and efficient collaboration within a 2nd shift schedule (2:00 PM–10:00 PM) with a training week 7:30 AM–3:30 PM. Starting pay is $20.50/hr with a $22.55/hr shift premium.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to follow SOPs and assemble/test products.
• Safety-conscious and maintains clean, organized workspace.
• Strong teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Assemble product following documented procedures using specified tools and equipment.
• Test product following documented procedures and record results.
• Conduct inspections to verify accuracy and functionality; maintain data per standards.
• Maintain 5S at workstations; keep tools/materials organized and stored.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements; promote a safe environment.
