Power Design Engineering, LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Designer to orchestrate power distribution layouts and drawings for large residential and commercial projects. You’ll create schematics, isometrics, and illustrations by interpreting project electrical design requirements.

You’ll lead design efforts, coordinate with customers and teams, and perform essential electrical calculations essential for safe and compliant installations.

Formación

• 4+ years of electrical experience in design or related field.
• Proficient knowledge of NEC, local codes, IBC and IECC.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to project needs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate design solutions per industry standards while considering customer needs and budgets.
• Act as primary lead and provide technical assistance for multiple projects through bidding, design, permitting and construction.
• Provide design direction, support, and guidance to all team members.
• Communicate effectively with customers, project teams, and inspecting authorities.
• Perform calculations such as building service loads, voltage drops, short circuits, and lighting photometrics.
