United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Electrical Designer (Construction) in Hawthorne, CA. You will design, build, and activate high‑power electrical systems for advanced manufacturing facilities, collaborating with engineers, architects, and trade partners to support critical infrastructure projects with real global impact.

The role requires the ability to manage multiple projects, work with minimal supervision, and ensure all designs comply with NFPA, NEC, and related standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 1+ years of professional experience on electrical projects, power distribution, switchgear, UPSs, and/or generators.
• PE license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and specify electrical power distribution systems for facilities.
• Develop switchgear, MCCs, lighting, UPS, generators, and related controls.
• Coordinate with utilities and ensure compliance with NFPA and NFPA 70E codes.
• Provide load flow analysis and equipment grounding reviews.
• Ensure interfaces with mechanical systems and facility power budgets.
