Job summary

Zen Sherpa LLC seeks an Electrical Designer/Engineer to design electrical and MEP systems for commercial buildings. You will craft power, lighting, grounding, and low-voltage layouts, producing construction documents in Revit or AutoCAD. The role is on-site in Henderson, NV, with relocation assistance across the continental U.S.

Candidates must have U.S. work authorization and hands-on experience designing building electrical systems, with 2–6 years in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• US citizenship or valid US work authorization.
• On-site full-time in Henderson, NV (relocation available).
• 2-6 years of building electrical or MEP design experience.
• Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD for electrical drafting.
• Strong NEC knowledge and code compliance.
• EIT preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design building electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and low-voltage.
• Produce construction drawings, one-line diagrams, panel schedules, and equipment layouts.
• Apply NEC and relevant electrical codes to all designs.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external consultants.
• Support design reviews, revisions, and standardization of repeatable design packages.

About the Opportunity
