Job summary

Zen Sherpa LLC is seeking an Electrical Designer/Engineer to design power distribution, lighting, grounding, and low-voltage systems for commercial buildings. You will produce construction documents using Revit or AutoCAD on-site in Henderson, NV, with relocation assistance available within the 48 contiguous states.

Candidates must have U.S. work authorization and 2–6 years of building electrical or MEP design experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• U.S. citizenship or valid U.S. work authorization.
• On-site full-time work in Henderson, NV with relocation available.
• 2–6 years of building electrical or MEP design experience.
• Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD for electrical drafting.
• Strong NEC knowledge and code compliance.
• EIT is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design building electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and low-voltage.
• Produce construction drawings, one-line diagrams, panel schedules, and equipment layouts.
• Apply NEC and relevant electrical codes to all designs.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external consultants.
• Support design reviews, revisions, and standardization of repeatable design packages.
