Job summary

Ever-Green Energy in Saint Paul, MN, is seeking an Electrical Designer II to support the System Development Group. You will provide electrical and mechanical design services for central plant and customer buildings, using BIM/CAD tools and 3D modeling in Revit, under supervision of senior engineers.

Responsibilities include preparing BIM/CAD drawings, assisting in bid documents, and performing SKM-based power system studies. Strong drafting standards and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Tech fields.
• 3–5 years of electrical or mechanical design experience.
• Experience in creating 3D models and designs using Revit or similar software.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit for engineering drawings.
• Strong understanding of electrical/mechanical engineering principles.
• Ability to read/interpret engineering drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical or mechanical design services for central plant and customer buildings.
• Prepare BIM/CAD drawings including layout, plan and detail drawings for new projects.
• Assist in bid document preparation and figure generation.
• Perform electrical power system studies using SKM Power Tools with supervision.
• Maintain BIM/CAD standards and perform discipline clash checks.
