Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Electrical/Mechanical engineering technology as specified.
• 3–5 years in electrical or mechanical design; experience with 3D modeling (Revit).
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit; familiarity with SKM Power Tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical or mechanical design services for central plant and customer buildings’ systems under supervision.
• Prepare BIM/CAD drawings for new construction and maintenance projects.
• Assist in bid document preparation with figures and drawings.
• Follow BIM/CAD standards within the organization.
• Support other System Development team projects as needed.
