Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking an Electrical Staff Engineering Technician to support Advanced Power Generation projects. You will contribute to electrical systems design, including duct banks, cable trays, grounding, and lighting for APG facilities.

The role focuses on developing high‑quality 2D/3D deliverables using Bentley MicroStation and related tools, with AGI32 experience preferred for lighting modeling.

Qualifications

Diploma or Certificate required.
Associate Degree in Drafting or related technology preferred.
Typically a minimum of 5 years related work experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and modify technical deliverables for projects.
Create and modify electrical design drawings using CAD/BIM tools.
Apply engineering principles to develop design concepts and solutions.
Provide guidance to other engineers and technicians to ensure quality.
Coordinate with design group personnel to exchange project information.
