Job summary

  • Drive team performance and growth through consistent coaching, monthly one-on-one meetings, and the creation of development opportunities.
  • Ensure project success by keeping the team focused on goals, timelines, and adherence to standard work procedures. Cultivate a positive and proactive team culture by fostering a growth mindset.
  • Complete year end evaluations
  • Provide targeted coaching and create action plans to help individuals realign with performance expectations.
  • Conduct performance-related conversations with professionalism, deliver constructive feedback to address challenges and encourage growth.
  • Play a key role in decisions related to team objectives, promotions, and compensation.

Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.
