Qualifications

• Associate degree or certification in the engineering field plus 10+ years of demonstrated experience or the equivalent education/experience required
• Proficient in REVIT/AutoCAD and office software
• Strong understanding of local codes and interactions of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

Responsibilities

• Manages Electrical staff and sets direction for the team
• Creates high-quality design drawings using Revit/AutoCAD
• Performs quality review of work and provides guidance to designers
• Coordinates with BIM, project management, and other disciplines
• Responds to RFIs and reviews submittals with oversight from senior staff
