Zachry Group in Downers Grove, IL seeks an Electrical Engineer III with design experience to join its Electrical Department. This role offers involvement in challenging design projects across process industries and requires leadership in design execution.

The candidate will develop schematics and wiring diagrams, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, review technical requirements, and provide field support on retrofit projects. Some travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Minimum of 5+ years of electrical engineering design experience on power/industrial projects.
• Knowledge of NEC/IEEE/ANSI and NEMA standards.
• Experience with medium and low voltage equipment and cables.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with leadership interface.
• Willingness to travel and work in office and field environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of engineers and designers to complete assignments on projects.
• Coordinate design and engineering activities with other disciplines.
• Develop schematics, wiring diagrams, and one-line/three-line diagrams.
• Provide field support including verifications for retrofit applications.
• Monitor project budgets and report status to leadership.
