Qualifications

• Experience with design of electrical power transformers and related components.
• Familiarity with FAT and factory acceptance testing.
• Knowledge of design review processes and documentation standards.
• Ability to mentor and train junior engineers.
• Understanding of manufacturing constraints and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and manage execution across lifecycle.
• Advise design team on concepts, analysis, and validation for innovative, compliant designs.
• Develop technical competencies within the team via plans and knowledge sharing.
• Review designs and approve concepts, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical support across design, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams.
• Mentor new engineers and promote best engineering practices.
