ABB is seeking an Electrical Design/Project Specialist based in Rotterdam, NY. You will lead engineering design and provide direction to work groups, focusing on electrical equipment such as MCCs, VFDs, and starter panels, while collaborating with fellow engineers, technicians, and project managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience as described.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge of and conduct work activities in compliance with ABB policies and safety.
• Engineering and design for Power Delivery equipment such as MCCs, VFDs, and starter panels.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and project managers to deliver design work.
• Plan, organize, and perform design assignments and direct craft labor as needed.
• Prepare technical reports, quotations, and project status updates for customers.
