Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a RTX business, is hiring in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico for a hybrid circuit design role. You will work on development of hardware and test systems within multidisciplinary teams, focusing on RF and signal integrity for aerospace communications solutions.

The role requires a STEM degree with relevant experience and strong English communication. U.S. citizenship is required; relocation is not offered, and the work schedule includes onsite and remote days as assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree.
• Proficient in English communication (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship is required for access per program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Perform circuit design lifecycle activities including requirements capture, schematic capture, design documentation, and test planning.
• Design, develop, and integrate Collins products within communication systems and test solutions in multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop engineering and production test systems, interfaces, cabling, drawings, schematics, and circuit designs.
• Contribute to completion of system and test development stages; assist managing technical, cost, and schedule aspects of projects.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop hardware designs that meet performance and operational specs.
