With over 40 years of semiconductor process control experience, KLA's Global Products Group (GPG) creates all of KLA's metrology and inspection products. The Broadband Plasma Division (BBP) provides optical inspection systems for IC manufacturing, helping detect yield-critical defects at advanced process nodes with flagship products like the 29xx and 39xx series.
Job Description/Qualifications
As an Image Computer (IMC) team member, you will design, build, and test high-speed, high-throughput IMC systems using off-the-shelf and custom components.

Ph.D., or Master's with 3+ years' experience, or Bachelor's with 5+ years' experience.
