Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in an ABET-accredited program.
Experience with BIM/CAD software and hand calculations.
Knowledge of building electrical distribution and codes/regulations.
Ability to design electrical systems for data centers and LEED projects.

Responsibilities

Perform engineering design and prepare design deliverables per codes and PEC standards.
Coordinate with other disciplines for construction documents and specs.
Support construction administration tasks including submittals, site visits, and RFIs.
Compute load flow, voltage drop, short circuit, and protective device coordination.
Organize multiple projects and maintain schedules and files per PEC practices.
Communicate effectively with the design team to complete tasks.
