Job summary

ESI Electrical Contractors is seeking an experienced electrical engineer to create calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports for construction projects in Ohio. You will operate AutoCAD MEP and Revit to develop 3-D and permit/construction sets, prepare project specifications, and perform power and coordination analyses using industry software.

The role requires an ABET-accredited Electrical Engineering degree and at least five years of design experience, with proficiency in MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering ABET accredited degree.
• At least 5 years of design engineering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate AutoCAD MEP & Revit to develop electrical drawings, including 3-D and construction sets.
• Create electrical project specifications and reports.
• Use SKM Power Tools, AmpCalc, CYMCAP, Polywater, FC2 for short circuit, coordination, arc flash, and ampacity calculations.
• Perform field audits and site observations.
• Adhere to building codes and standards.
