• 2-5 years’ experience in a related role is desired
• Project Management experience is required
• Electrical controls design and PLC experience is required
• Industrial Automation experience is highly desired
• A Professional Engineering license is highly desired
• Experience with machine design, including structural design, assemblies, subassemblies, weldments, and components is desired
• Experience in generating, maintaining and updating product Bills of Materials is desired

Areas of Focus: Incumbent’s responsibilities will include:

• Designing high-pressure water pump skids and trailers, ranging from 60 to 1,000 HP, powered by electric motors or diesel engines
• Project management of customer orders, including creating, updating, and maintaining Bills of Materials, and coordinating with Operations and Service groups for timely execution
• Electrical controls design and PLC programming
• Redesigning products and components for quality, performance, or cost improvements

Level of Responsibility:

• Managing projects from order receipt to on-time delivery
• Handling multiple projects and resolving conflicts or roadblocks
• Product maintenance and sustaining work related to obsolescence, cost reduction, and error correction
• Supporting a work environment focused on Safety, Responsiveness, Reliability, and Efficiency without exception
• Owning assigned customer orders or projects
• Supporting an ethics-based business culture and complying with company policies
