Job summary

Zirone is confidentially managing the Electrical Design Engineer role in Phoenix, AZ to design, document, and deliver custom power-distribution and electrical-control systems.

You will produce diagrams, wiring schematics, and panel layouts, maintain BOMs, and partner with manufacturing and engineering teams to implement design changes and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in electrical design, drafting, manufacturing design, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical, or comparable CAD tools.
• Knowledge of low- and medium-voltage power-distribution equipment and common components such as breakers, relays, contactors, transformers, terminal blocks, CTs/PTs, ATS, UPS systems, panelboards, and switchgear.
• Familiarity with UL 508A, NEC/NFPA 70, NFPA 70E, IEEE standards, and revision-controlled drawing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities
