The role requires a PE license and strong Revit/AutoCAD/BIM skills, with travel to other offices at least once per year. You will drive standards development and staff training within the firm.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD with BIM knowledge.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and client-facing communication.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior designers.
• Coordinate with project managers to determine scope, planning and scheduling.
• Lead design reviews and ensure quality control across projects.
• Represent the firm with clients and professional organizations.
• Travel to other locations for staff training at least annually.
